Business Class Flights to Prague
from$2,300round trip · per person
Prague is one of Europe's most photographed capitals and one of its trickier ones to reach nonstop: US service is seasonal, running roughly May through October, so for most of the year the best premium routing is a one-stop through Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Zurich or Amsterdam — usually with a better seat than the summer nonstops, and often for less.

Flying Business Class to Prague
Nonstop service changes year to year. In recent summers Delta has flown New York–Prague, United Newark–Prague and American Philadelphia–Prague, all with lie-flat business cabins and all roughly May–October. Outside those months there is no nonstop, and the one-stop options are excellent: Lufthansa via Frankfurt or Munich (Prague is under an hour from either), Austrian via Vienna (45 minutes), SWISS via Zurich, KLM and Delta via Amsterdam, Air France via Paris and British Airways via London. Because the transatlantic leg on those itineraries is a hub route with heavy competition, the total fare is frequently below the summer nonstop price. No flight to Prague carries a First Class cabin, but Lufthansa First to Frankfurt or Munich plus the short hop is a genuine option.
The airport is 30–40 minutes from the Old Town by car, and Prague sits at the center of a very easy rail loop: Vienna is four hours, Berlin four, Budapest seven, and Dresden two. Many clients fly into Prague and out of Vienna, Budapest or Berlin on an open-jaw, or the reverse — pricing is usually the same as a round trip. Český Krumlov and the Bohemian spa towns of Karlovy Vary are two to three hours by car.
Prague's calendar has two peaks: summer (June–August), when the Charles Bridge is shoulder to shoulder, and Advent, when the Old Town Square Christmas market runs from late November through early January. Easter also fills the city. April–May and September–October are ideal — mild, less crowded and with fares closest to our $2,300 New York starting price. January through March is cold, beautiful and the cheapest time of year, when a one-stop lie-flat fare can come in well below the summer nonstops.

Prague flight questions
How much is business class to Prague from the US?
Our negotiated starting fares are $2,300 round trip from New York for lead-time bookings on the summer nonstops. Year-round one-stop fares via Frankfurt, Munich or Vienna are often the same or lower, particularly November–March.
Is there a nonstop business-class flight to Prague from the US?
In summer only — typically May through October — on Delta from New York, United from Newark and American from Philadelphia. The rest of the year, every routing has one stop, most commonly Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Zurich or Amsterdam.
How long is the flight to Prague from New York?
About 8½ hours on the seasonal nonstop, or 10–11 hours including a one-hour connection through a European hub.
Is it better to fly into Prague or Vienna?
Depends on the itinerary. For Prague alone, fly nonstop in summer or connect in winter. For a central-Europe loop, fly into one and home from the other — the train between them takes four hours and an open-jaw ticket costs about the same as a round trip.

“Steven was enthusiastic (to a fault). His first of three offers was about 10% above my budget but the flights really fit the schedule so well I had to say yes. The other two offers were cheaper but the timing was off for me.”
